DAIly outfits Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Who is responsible. DAIly outfits is an app by Apphive, Inc., a Delaware (USA) corporation, 2810 N Church St, PMB 97340, Wilmington, DE 19802. Contact: support@apphive.io.

1. What data we process

  1. Your account: email and, if you sign in with Google, your name and Google identifier (Firebase Authentication).
  2. Your photos: the clothes you upload and, if you use the try-on, full-body photos of you. Also the images the app generates from them (cut-out garments and outfits you try on).
  3. Your wardrobe and trips: garments, combinations and what you mark. For each trip, the destination (city, country and its coordinates), dates, packing list and itinerary plans (activity, day and time). If you import a plan (text, PDF or photo), we read its text to organize your outfits. Your phone's calendar is read on the phone; we only store the plans you import.
  4. Location and weather: if you allow it, the app uses your phone's location to find your city and its weather. The coordinates are sent from your phone to Open-Meteo (weather) and BigDataCloud (city name). Your location does not reach our servers, and the city stays on your phone.
  5. App usage: which features you use (counts and steps, no free text or location) and improvement tests (A/B), with your account identifier. We measure this ourselves, without third-party analytics tools. If the app crashes, a technical error report (no personal data or screenshots) is sent to GlitchTip, an error tracking system we host ourselves.

2. Why

To provide the service: store your wardrobe, cut out garments from photos, suggest outfits based on the weather and your plans, and let you see how they look on you. Also to improve the app through A/B tests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Basis: our contract with you (the service) and our legitimate interest in improving it.

3. Artificial intelligence

To cut out garments, generate images, let you try on clothes and read travel plans, we use AI providers: fal.ai and, through it, FASHN (try-on), ByteDance (Seedream), Black Forest Labs and Google (its image editing model, and Gemini, through OpenRouter, to read plans), as well as Cloudflare Workers AI. We send them only the photo or text needed for each task. We ask fal not to keep copies of what we send or what it returns, and the files it generates expire after one day: we keep the result ourselves.

4. Who we share it with

With providers that process it on our behalf: Google Firebase (sign-in), Vercel (website and server, USA), Neon (database, USA), Cloudflare R2 (photos, USA), Hetzner (our error reporting system, USA), the AI providers in section 3 and, only on the website and if you accept cookies, Google, Microsoft and Meta (section 10). Open-Meteo and BigDataCloud receive the coordinates your phone sends to give you the weather and city. Also with authorities, when required by law.

5. Where

In the USA. If you are in another country, your data is transferred there to provide the service.

6. How long

While you have an account. If you delete it, your photos, wardrobe, trips and usage data are deleted. Only the cost of AI usage remains in our cost records, with nothing that identifies you.

7. Deleting your account

In the app: You › Delete my account. It immediately deletes your photos, wardrobe, trips and usage data, and your sign-in account. You can also request it by email.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or objection, or withdraw a permission (location, photos) on your phone. Write to us at the contact email. If you are in Peru, Mexico or the EU, you can also contact your data protection authority.

9. Age

DAIly outfits is not intended for people under 16.

10. Cookies and analytics on our website

The app does not use cookies or third-party analytics tools. Our website (traveloutfit.vercel.app) uses the cookies it needs to work and, only if you accept them in the cookie notice, analytics and ad-measurement cookies: Google Analytics (how many people visit and where they come from), Microsoft Clarity (how the site is used, with session recording and text fields masked) and the Meta pixel (to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram). If you don't accept them, they don't load. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookies" link in the footer. These providers are in the United States.

11. Changes

We will publish changes here with their date and, if they are important, notify you in the app.
